GOOS plans to grow its wholesale business mostly through greater productivity with its existing customers while leading with e-commerce in its DTC strategy but enhancing DTC with a handful of flagship stores, it told the Baird investor conference. Globally, it sees the U.S., Western Europe and China as key opportunities going forward, commenting that if it can achieve half the penetration is has in Canada now, it can easily triple its unit demand.
