Net income was ¥9,328 million ($82.7 mm) compared to ¥9,362 million for the first quarter ended Mar. 31 on a 4% decline in sales to ¥117,769 million ($1,044.2 mm) compared to ¥113,052 million with declines in its three biggest markets, Japan, the Americas and EMEA, as technical running shoe sales continued to struggle.
