Amer Sports’ Nine-Month Sales Grow 29%


The parent of Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance and Atomic saw solid revenue growth in 2021 through Sep. 30, and total sales for the trailing 12 months were €2.5 billion ($3.0 bb), generating company-adjusted EBITDA of €299 million ($353 mm). Gains were powered by DTC growth in the Chinese market that is expected to hit €300 million for the year, up from €190 million in 2019. The insight into Amer’s results came from Moody’s, which upgraded its outlook to positive from stable while affirming the company's B3 corporate family rating and other debt ratings.
