STRIDE-RITE 10-K NOTES: In Jan., company successfully renegotiated a lowering of minimum sales on its Hilfiger licensed men’s and women’s footwear. New minimum sales levels for Hilfiger men’s are $44.6 million this year and $48.3 million and $53.1 million in FY00 and FY01, respectively. Hilfiger women’s minimum sales levels are set at $60 million in FY00 and $75 million FY01. Hilfiger license expires at end of FY01.
