ROSSIGNOL EXPECTS PROFIT BEFORE RESTRUCTURING COSTS.


The winter sports company intends to make a profitbefore restructuring costs for the fiscal year ending March 2010 despite ananticipated 15% decline in annual revenues to a range of €200-207 million($292.9-303.2 mm). Rossignol’s FY EBIT is forecast in the €5 million ($7.3 mm)range.
