RML SEES 31% RISE IN Q1 NET, PROJECTS 8-12% FY SALES GAIN.
Some of the annual sales gain, to a range of$1.26-1.30 billion, will be generated by Russell’s latest acquisitions(Spalding, Moving Comfort and Bike Athletic). The remainder will come fromexisting businesses, despite an expected $25 million offset from a decision toexit a Kmart women’s fleece program. The FY EBITDA and EPS forecasts aremaintained at $160-175 million and $1.60-1.75 ($51.5-56.4 mm), respectively.
