After several years of being a prodigioussource of market closeouts, Ex-Numero Uno continues to see itsbusiness head up, but worries that the recent slowdown at Nikeand Fila might create some overstocks that will hamper itsprospects. All the backlog numbers continue to look rosy, thoughthey seem to translate into modest sales gains because thepercentage of sales represented by futures keeps climbing.Futures are now 85 per cent of sales compared to 75 per cent ayear ago.
