NIKE reachedan out-of-court settlement on a breach of contract and confidentiality lawsuitagainst a former designer in its men’s U.S. apparel division. The Portland, ORfiled complaint alleges Ann Margaret Cerciello, who was fired by Nike on June26 for “unsatisfactory performance,” threatened the company with takingconfidential Nike information to her potential new employer, Under Armour.
