Excluding a $ 4.6 million one-time settlement in the year-ago period, net income rose 6 per cent to $57.6 million from $54.3 million. Revenues improved 20 per cent to $1,083,000,000 from $904,200,000.
Outdoor recreation segment earnings fell 26 per cent to $13.6 million versus $18.4 million and operating margins were 6.4 per cent against 11.7 per cent, a shortfall attributed to its camping business.
