INTERNETSALES TAX LEGISLATION is being pushed for by the NationalRetail Federation. A new bill, introduced by Rep. Bill Delahunt (D-MA) wouldmake it easier for states to require Internet retailers and other out-of-statemerchants to collect the same sales taxes that local brick-and-mortar storesdo.
