The Vancouver, British Columbia company (GUS/CDNX),whose six-year, exclusive U.S. retail license for the Umbro brand began Jan. 2,intends to file the prospectus in Canadian markets next month through leadagents Yorkton and Haywood Securities. The secondary will seek to raise C$4-$7million (US$2.51 mm-$4.39 mm) and close by Mar. 31. Galaxy, headed by theformer management teams of Umbro Canada, Umbro Factory and NNA SportsMarketing, will also attempt to transfer its listing to the Toronto exchangefrom Vancouver. An eventual listing on NASDAQ also remains a possibility.
