COURT SAVES NEVADA BOB’S FROM LIQUIDATION.
Facing a liquidation via an involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition filed by its creditors Feb. 16, management early last week obtained court approval for a conversion to a voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization Mar. 2. The retailer also said it would close 17 doors by Mar. 21.
