CALIFORNIA PRO TAKES $2.3 MILLION WRITEDOWN.
The restructuring charges and inventory writedownsare primarily the result of softness in the in-line and snowboardmarkets, and resulted in a loss of $5.6 million for the year endedDec. 31 against income of $35,000 last year. Revenues fell some1 per cent to $16.9 million from $17.1 million for the year, asrevenues in the in-line/snowboard field plunged to $5.9 millionfrom $11 million prior.
