Burton has acquired Dayton, OH-based DNA Distribution,an 18-year maker of skateboards and accessories under three brands, for an undisclosedsum. Through a spokesperson, Burton declined to disclose the purchase price orsize of DNA’s turnover, but did confirm the company’s distribution isentrenched in core specialty shops. Executives at both companies have been indiscussions for more than a year.
