Under Armour Net Jumps in Q4 on Strong Apparel Revenues


Net income was $22,948,000 for the final period ended Dec. 31, an increase of 51% over the $15,202,000 reported last year as revenues hit $301,166,000, a gain of 36% over the $222,217,000 prior. For the year, Under Dog topped the $1 billion sales mark at $1,063,927,000 compared to $856,411,000, up 24% with net income up 46% to $68,477,000 from $46,785,000.

 

A stronger than expected apparel business, driven by better than expected auto-replenishment and direct to consumer (DTC) sales, was the key ingredient again.
